Located a few minutes from the Mediterranean Beaches, the historic centre of Argelès, the marina and at the foot of the Massif des Albères, our estate allows you to fully enjoy the Côte Vermeille and the Catalan country. From Collioure and the Racou and Paulilles beaches.

- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds
* Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet
* Private parking, free wifi
Independent garden, large terrace with dining area and relaxation area, barbecue

The accommodations are entirely for the tenants
You will enjoy a large garden with trees and a SALT POOL to share, located in the park of our main villa: Le Mas la Senia. It is made available to our tenants in a spirit of conviviality, with access hours from: 10:30 am to 7 pm
in order to preserve everyone's tranquility. From June to September
forbidden for the well-being of all: untimely dives, ball games (swimming pool and park) Picnic
CALM is our priority
Wooded park with petanque court and ping pong table,
Services not included: Cleaning and linen
Service included: Baby cot and high chair, bathtub on request
Our animal friends are not allowed.
