Casa Lugana 19 is a spacious studio apartment of approximately 30 square meters located on the second and top floor of a small residential building directly overlooking Lake Garda. It has recently been renovated and furnished in a modern style; while the apartment itself does not offer a view of the lake—it faces east—the residence it is part of boasts a truly exceptional feature: a garden and a lakeside pool with a small beach and a stone pier.
It consists of:
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, and toaster;
- Comfortable double sofa bed, wardrobe, and dresser;
- Modern bathroom with a spacious 2-meter-wide shower.

The parking area is also private and secured by an automatic sliding gate.
