A real gem in Southend - close to the sea front and the centre of Southend. Extremely comfortable, clean, warm and very well equipped. Ed our host was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel welcome from start to finish. We will definitely be back if we are in Southend again and would absolutely recommend to friends too.

It was amazing! What a lovely apartment. Looking over the sea. It was clean & comfortable. The host Ed showed us around and made us very welcome! Lovely touch with milk & chocolates. Definitely be back!

The host Ed is super helpful and kind, gave us some great tips for eating locally. Bedroom really attractive with a big comfortable bed. Living room and kitchen perfect for relaxing. Location great for pier and town centre.
