The kitchen/living room consists of a sitting area with a comfortable sofa set (pull-out sleeper sofa), a separate dining area, and a kitchen area.
The kitchen area features a built-in microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, and cooktop, and is equipped with plenty of dishes and refrigeration. A toaster and electric kettle are also provided.
In addition to the seating area, the living room features a flat-screen satellite TV with Sky reception and a CD hi-fi system.
The living room area leads out to the private balcony. It is in a quiet location and is not visible to others.
