I'd stay here again for sure

The location foremost but also the house size, layout and furnishings.

Paper products were missing upon arrival but were provided quickly.

Enjoyed our stay but ammenities coud have been better

Liked the location. Closets were awesome and plenty of hangers

Dryer was out of order. This is a problem when you rent a property with washer & dryer so you pack light and plan on laundry while there. Mirror in front bedrooms bathroom wasn't fully working (backlit light), no paper towels or enough toilet paper, and one of the couches has damaged legs causing sitting on it to feel like sliding off the couch.

A beautiful place

Beautiful place perfect located in the old town.

The beautiful roof terrace coulld have been a litle bit cleaner. We send a messenger to to company at the first day, but they didn’t do anything about it during our 4 days stay.

Could have been the best place to stay if it weren’t for some fundamental issues re A.C and electri

The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location.

From day one, we had issues with the electricity which we understand happens sometimes. The staff were responsive to fixing this for us and told us ahead of our arrival that there were issues. However, these issues were ongoing throughout our stay. Since we paid over €3.6k for a week stay, working A.C, lighting, and hot water should be the bare minimum. We all had rubbish sleep when the A.C’s would stop working half way through the night. Our phones weren’t charged due to the lack of electricity so overall it did affect our holiday. Although they did send someone to temporarily fix the electricity issues, it was still ongoing from the day we arrived till the day we left. I did ask for compensation twice, and this request was ignored. Not impressed.
