Poor

Property in a good location close to everything in Cambrils

On arrival at a glance the apartment appeared to be very dark, smelled like it hadn’t been lived in for some time but at a glance appeared to be clean enough. However as we tried to unpack we realised everything we touched in the kitchen inside cupboards needed to be washed and cleaned. Same in bedroom, before unpacking we spent several hours cleaning everything. We were left sheets to make beds but sheets had huge holes in them. During our cleaning we discovered a cockroach which is not unusual in Spain however we needed to buy large spray to deter more cockroaches during our stay. The pool didn’t look as clean as it should be so we didn’t use it. The outdoor tables and chairs were absolutely filthy, we cleaned them and used any spare towels to place on the chairs so we could sit on them. Also on arrival we couldn’t connect to WiFi as tge incorrect password was given to us. We had to wait until the next day to go to the office to rectify this because the office was closed on Sunday the day we arrived. When we met the man at office he was very apologetic and empathised when we explained about the cleanliness etc. It wasn’t his fault and he was very kind and understanding to us. This apartment has the potential to be very good, but needs a big deep clean inside kitchen and bedroom cupboards, and outdoor furniture. Also needs replacement bed sheets. We spent most of our holiday outside as we didn’t feel comfortable or entirely happy here it was just to sleep in and wash. I’m sorry to say we will not choose to stay here again but thank you to management for being so nice to us.

Bien, si no necesitas mucho
