Quiet location and cozy house and the snacks, milk and bottled water left for us arriving was an unexpected surprise, really enjoyed our stay and would use the house again.

Spacious, clean, tidy and everything that was needed including towels, bed linen, washing up products and soap etc. was provided.
Nice Welcome pack of cakes, croissants, milk etc.
Great views across the fields at the back.
Slightly noisy at night through the walls from the adjoining property but I guess to be expected with a semi-detached

The house view and having a bottle of Prosecco with the use of the bbq and log burner was a lovely extra touch.
our stay unfortunately was let down by not having any hot water. The host did pop round to try fix it on the first night and said they would get a plumber out the next day, however, this didn’t happen and what was disappointing was the lack of communication that it hadn’t been repaired and we continued to have no hot water throughout the stay.
I would expect somebody who is renting their property out to have emergency boiler cover so a plumber can come out within a 24 hour period. Although they apologised for the inconvenience they weren’t forthcoming with any compensation.
