Im bohemen Kiez von Rom, San Lorenzo, waren wir genau richtig für den Grund unseres Aufhenthalts. Die Universität RUFA ist gegenüber. Das Restaurant und das Cafe im Haus, sind vorzüglich. Die Wohnung ist im EG, sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Bad mit RegenDusche, eine kleine feine Küche.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Maisonette, über eine recht steile Treppe zu erreichen. Wer nicht gut auf den Beinen ist, sollte sich überlegen auf dem Schalfsofa im Zimmer zu bleiben.

L’appartamento è molto carino e dotato di ogni comfort, molto pulito. Sebbene nel cuore di un quartiere molto vivace, l’appartamento è silenziosissimo perché situato in un cortile interno.

La casa ha molti accessori per la cucina, lavatrice ecc ecc
Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era talmente sottile che stendendoti senti le doghe sottostanti. Idem per il divano letto scomodissimo. È molto umido e non ci sono abbastanza finestre per arieggiare, il termo arredo non è adeguato e il calore va tutto nella zona del soppalco creando un clima estremamente caldo. Abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi essendo. Ho chiesto una moka alla proprietaria (non bevo capsule) e me l'ha negata dicendo incomprensibilmente che essendoci il piano ad induzione mi dovevo accontentare delle capsule (esistono moka anche per induszione signora). La posizione non è comodissima vicino hai giusto un paio di linee del tram e del pulman che a Roma sono purtoppo inaffidabili meglio stare vicino a una metro.
