The apartment provided a comfortable and convenient base for my stay in Paris. It was nice to have a private space to relax after a busy day, and the location was reasonably convenient for exploring the city and attending meetings.
The location is a little outside central Paris, so getting to some attractions and business locations requires additional travel time. But, really a value for money!

Groot, ruim, schoon, volledige inrichting, dichtbij het metrostation. Privéparking is ook erg prettig, want het uurtarief op straat is best hoog.
In de vroege ochtend kan het wat lawaaiig zijn vanwege de vuilophaaldiensten en de straat schoonmaakwagens
Wat ik miste was een waterkoker. Als alternatief heb ik maar een steelpannetje gebruikt. Geen groot probleem, maar een waterkoker is fijner. ;-)

Appartement calme et spacieux, petite terrasse tres sympa. Très bien équipé.
Tout etait nickel... juste le lit qui grince un peu 🤣

- the flat is big and spacious
- Close to 2 big malls where you can buy groceries and eat
- Close to subway
- Quiet area
- extremely dirty: dust everywhere, sticky floor and kitchen, food crumbs in the cabinets, no hand towels, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, dirty pillows etc - it looks like it was never cleaned before
- Bad water shower pressure, mold next to the sink and the faucet
- No mosquito nets
- No AC! - there are 2 mobile cooling units, but they make extremely loud noise and they release hot air at the same time, so they are useless
- Bad smell everywhere
