The room sizes are very good and offer great views. The staff is extremely helpful, and the spacious elevators are always in working order. The reception lobby is very nice, taxi access is easy and available at all times, and the shuttle bus service to and from Haram is very convenient. Plus, there are plenty of shopping options and restaurants all around.
The hotel recently introduced a breakfast service, but unfortunately, it is very poor with only 2–3 items available, and boiled eggs weren't offered every day. I would not recommend booking with breakfast included. Additionally, as this is my 7th stay here, I'm disappointed that persistent issues haven't been addressed: there are still no clothes hooks or rails in the shower, no floor mats to dry the bathroom floor, and no power plugs accessible next to each bed.

The room sizes are very good and offer excellent views. The staff is very helpful, and all the elevators are always in working order. The lobby is quite and wide. Taxi access is easy and available at all times. There is also a free shuttle bus service to and from Haram is very convenient. This area is very famous for shopping and restaurants all around.
There are many things to do for improvement.
Breakfast: Very poor breakfast, only 2-3 items were available in our 5 days stay here.
Breakfast area cleanliness: Breakfast area was not very clean as the hotel.
Power plugs: There are lack of power plugs in the bedroom with each bed.
Clothes hooks or rails in the bathroom are not available.
Floor mat in the bathroom is also not available to dry the floor after taking shower.

Cleanliness
Poor coordination between main reception & tower 1 management staff disturbing 3 times on booking confusion forcing guest to go to main reception at tower 9 to resolve their booking clarity issue instead of sorting it out at their own end
