Old, dusty and not worth the price.

The apartment is a good size, with two bedrooms equipped with the basics, a decent kitchen, and a good (in size) dining area.

The location is terrible for parking. In fact, it is almost impossible to park near the apartment. Some of the local residents, mostly Portuguese elderly neighbours, clearly do not appreciate tourists and will come outside and make it very clear that they do not want anyone parking in front of their houses, as if they owned the street. The furniture is old, the apartment smells strongly of mould, and it feels like the property is also being used as storage for the owners’ old furniture. The pillows are very small and uncomfortable, and the fans were dusty. There are two bathrooms, but one of them did not even have soap or toilet paper. The key has to be collected from the real estate agency, so be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes in line. When collecting the keys, you are required to sign a document containing at least five rules, each with a corresponding fine if violated. The one that caught my attention the most was a €250 fine if the police are called because of a neighbour’s complaint. At the time, I found it quite funny and didn’t really understand why this was necessary. However, once you arrive at the property and see what the neighbourhood is like, it quickly becomes clear that even normal everyday noise could potentially result in a €250 charge. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, meaning you cannot even spend a full 24 hours at the property, which is quite unreasonable considering the price. At 8:45 AM, the cleaning lady was already there, leaving her cleaning equipment directly outside the entrance and standing on the street looking towards the apartment, giving the impression that she was waiting for us to leave. Overall, this was not an experience I would repeat. The apartment is simply not worth the price. For just a little more money, you can find a proper hotel with much better service and comfort.

Not the apartment from the photos, sudden change from apartment #1 to #2. Small and uncomfortable beds, insufficient toiletries, no fans, unpleasing decor, no space for shower gels, insufficient toilet paper, hot water ran off quickly, weird arrangement at the apartment, dirty furniture, noisy neighborhood, insufficient pillows, no privacy, unclean, non-responsive host. Kitchen smelled bad. 1 1/2 toilet paper for 4 people (2 nights). Seemed haunted, eery, disgusting.

Incredibly dirty and unprofessional.

The apartment is big.

It was incredibly dirty (like insects running around and sticky things dirty). They charge you extra if you go to do the check in later than the time they specify but if they are late then nothing. When we arrived we had to wait an hour after the check in opened because the apartment wasn’t ready, and didn’t get anything other than excuses. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. The fans they provide are so small it’s a joke. We were 4 people staying 4 nights and they left toilet paper and soap for 1 people 1 night max. It was in general a horrible experience. I had to call them and they weren’t responsive at all, and we had to wait for hours for them to do something. The oven didn’t work btw, and everything smelled like trash.

O ambiente é bom,

Fogão não dava pra cozinha 2 panelas, a casa não tem utensílios básicos, nem papel higiênico e nem detergente pra lavar a louça, a luz caia toda hora eu acho talvez a estrutura e bem antiga, casa não tem uma vasilha de plástico, e detalhe 7 dias numa casa onde tinha 1 tolha pra cada, não é 1 vez que alugo pela dreem mas tem estrutura melhor,
