DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTEMENT EVER, IT’S A SCAM AND THE HOST IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Nothing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT EVER. I travelled to Kruševac for work and booked this apartment so I could leave my stuff, get ready and stay overnight. We had agreed by texts that I would check in from 1 PM and the host asked me to call 30 minutes before arrival. I did so at 12:30 PM, after informing him when I got on the bus. He then rudely told me he was not in the city and could not let me in, claiming there was an emergency involving his mother. I understand emergencies happen, but he could have informed me before I travelled, to which he replied “of course I’m not gonna call you from the hospital”. When I explained that I was now in a serious situation because I had to work soon, he mocked me: “Did you really pay €20 for one hour?” When I told him this was unprofessional, he replied: “I don't care, I have eight apartments.” After I contacted Booking.com, he repeatedly called and messaged me, suddenly saying he had a better apartment and that I could check-in immediately because he was “in it now” - contradicting what he had previously told me. I was left stranded with my luggage, had to go directly to work, and spent two hours in a caffe trying to find another place, and went to my job with my luggage and completely tired. Fortunately, I eventually managed to stay with distant relatives. I have since seen reviews of this host on other websites describing very similar experiences, including guests arriving and being told that someone else was staying in the apartment, followed by attempts to offer them a more expensive alternative. So DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS APARTEMENT, IT’S A SCAM.

Stay only if you're desperate.

I made the booking very late around 11pm. I liked that the owner allowed the place to be booked after he had gone to sleep.

Firstly I reached the address mentioned in the app and waited for the owner. After 20 minutes he told me that I must go to another place as that's more convenient for him at that point. When I reached there it was a very dark place with no parking. So I had to do wrong parking and hope not to get fined by the poice. Then rather than leaving me in the room, he decided to sit in the living room and chat with me. He seemed to be intoxicated. Then he showed me the fridge that had one bottle of water and half a bottle ok coke. Probably his own. He said I could have them. Then he took the water bottle and started to drink from it. After drinking half of it he left it there again. There was no drinking water available that night. There was no air conditioning besides the fact that it was so hot in the apartment. And the curtains don't close leaving a big gap so you can't sleep after 5 am as light floods the room. If I wasn't as tired as I was, I would have left the place. Very unprofessional.

Uzas

Sapuna nije bilo. Sa desne strane je krevet polomljen. Sve u svemu
