Location, size of the room, quiet and clean!
The bed was grossly uncomfortable. Far too soft and the pillows were too high for myself. Also, note the laundry in the apartment does not have a washing machine!

Stayed in an apartment with a disabled toilet was much easier for me . Like having the car park secured . Room was very clean
The entry way is a little too narrow especially when other vehicles are coming through

The location was great. Great to offer parking.
Felt like we were poked down in the dungeon with no sun( which was beaming through the other rooms)looking at a concrete wall, the wind was tunnelling through our door all day (had to fold some cardboard to try to stop the noise)and we had 3 nights of this.
