I enjoyed the property the location was great so that was really the best part. Now the stairs omg it was a lot there is no elevator you're on the 4th floor 88 stairs to walk up just fyi. I did notice a lot of ants and little bugs but nothing in the bed. There is no central air, but it wasn't terrible there was two in window air conditioners. overall, the host communicate effectively the area wasn't bad and it's right by the water so feel free to walk and sit by the water.

We had a lovely stay! The view is great. There is a lot of construction and street closures so it’s difficult to get to the parking. Other than that adventure, it was a seamless stay!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located authentic industrial loft. Our loft is located just 2mins outside of Downtown in an up and coming area. Sits on corner lot directly adjacent to a private River Walk and bike trail. A 5 min walk, and you're at Detroit's famous Green Dot Stables for the best sliders in the city! Spend your date night downtown.
