Okay where to start, the location was not favorable, it on the worse side of town so there was a lot of criminal activity that we witnessed or could smell. Speaking of smell, there was an odor in the Vrbo that we could not get rid of. A mix of ammonia and mold that was extremely strong. Had to spend around 40 on cleaning supplies to try and fix it. Which it did not. The listing photos are definitely from when they first opened the apartment up since it’s not that clean now. The floors were gross and some spots are sticky, the couch looks and feels like it’s 5 years old, there was what we think was DNA on a chair. The trash can is small and we only got one bag for our visit. The host was nice but doesn’t speak good English, so communication was tough. Honestly I would not stay here again if I was given the option.

The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a large dip in it, which made it horrible to sleep in

10 / 10

Nice apartment for a quick stay. Easy check in process and clean. Would stay again.

I’m from Austin area so maybe my definition of luxury may have a different perspective. Nothing about this place can be described as luxury. The place is old and run down. The blinds in my bedroom did not go all the way down so people in apartment across from me could see in easily. The blinds in the other bedroom were in terrible shape and people in parking lot could see in. It was a windy day and wind was blowing through the back door. The area around looked like a slum. Kids from complex noisy and up most of the night. Would never stay here again.

Very well put together and very clean. Nice little backyard and very quiet. I do recommend them put up some curtains bc of all the street lights but other than that it was a nice stay.

10 / 10Outstanding·Mar 2024

This vintage property is clean and roomy. The kitchenette has been remodeled with granite countertops amd new dining room furniture. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Your host, Luis, responds rapidly to all texts and phone calls. This poperty is a GREAT deal and well worth the price. I will definitely be back.
