About this apartment rental
We are a family-run business that has been renting out vacation apartments for two generations. In 2020, we modernized our vacation apartments, added new units, and completely switched to renewable energy sources such as geothermal heat and solar power.
Just leave your car behind while you’re on vacation. The house is located just a few meters from the Primpsabfahrt ski slope, or in the summer, take the hiking bus that departs right in front of our house.
Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy, modern country-style apartments—whether as a couple or with friends and family—we have the perfect accommodation for every type of vacation!
How to get here?
From Schladming, drive toward Rohrmoos. After about 3 km, you’ll come to a roundabout. Continue straight ahead, passing the Rohrmooser Erlebniswelt. After another 1.5 km, you’ll reach the Hochwurzen summit aerial cableway. Drive about 500 m further through a small wooded area. Our house will be the first one on the right.

Furnished in a modern country house style, Appartement Talbach was built in 2020 and offers everything you need for a cozy vacation. The spacious and fully equipped living/dining area with a view of the Dachstein features a modern kitchen, a beautiful dining nook, and a cozy bench that can also be used as a high-quality sleeper sofa for 2 people if needed. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 people. Both rooms have a small workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern video and audio equipment.
On-site fees: 20% deposit upon booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
