About this apartment rental
The Metropol is located in Westerland’s new spa district—right between the famous Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße. It doesn’t get any more central than this. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the Sylter Welle water park, and the Syltness-Center wellness oasis—all topped off with stunning sunsets over the North Sea from the balcony while enjoying a delicious glass of wine. It doesn’t get any better than this.
This charming one-room apartment is located on the 1st floor (equivalent to the 3rd floor) of the “Metropol” building and has approximately 34 square meters of living space. In the entryway area, you’ll find a newly renovated kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The cozy living room features a fold-out sofa bed with individually fold-out beds, two new armchairs, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system to round out the space. The shower room was completely renovated in November 2020. The large west-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing and offers a magnificent view of the North Sea.
The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability).
Pets are not allowed.
Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3x terry cloth hand towels, 1x large bath towel, 1x shower mat, 2x dish towels, 1 bed sheet, 1 bedding set
Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided as a starter kit in the apartment.
