Modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated, this lovely apartment is ideally located near some of Porto’s top attractions, including Praça dos Poveiros and Santa Catarina. You’ll also find a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and local spots just a short walk away.

With several bus stops nearby and São Bento metro station only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, getting around Porto is easy and convenient, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The apartment features two comfortable single beds placed together, complete with hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, cookware, and essential kitchenware.

The bathroom provides all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.

For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: São Bento Metro and Train Station.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
