A beautiful home. Very large and comfortable. There was ample parking in the back. Great area and easy to get around and get downtown was easy. Close to Churchill downs and the University of Louisville. We would stay there again.

This newly built home is centrally located in the heart of Louisville. Conveniently located within a short walk to the University of Louisville (under .5 mile) and Cardinal Stadium (1 mile) , this property is also near downtown (2 miles), Churchill Downs (2 miles), Kentucky Exposition Center (3 miles), Louisville International Airport (2 miles), and many more local attractions. This home has two off street parking spaces in the rear of the building.

A beautiful home. Very large and comfortable. There was ample parking in the back. Great area and easy to get around and get downtown was easy. Close to Churchill downs and the University of Louisville. We would stay there again.
