The location is probably what stands out the most. Majority of staff also very helpful, reception and housekeeping.
Lovely location, room and staff are really great. The refurb has helped and you can tell the hotel has fresher look. However, chaotic breakfast that probably is just not worth it unless it’s a must. Food isn’t great quality. Breakfast staff try to make it as good as possible with what’s available except the breakfast guy on pancake/omelette station. Never seen people avoiding egg section this much. The guy looks very unhappy and is very rude, nearly as if he’s trying to tell you not to approach. Reception staff try to fob it off as language barrier but I don’t buy it. It’s not that.

It was amazing sea view. The food is good and varied. Easy to reach everywhere. The beach is sandy and clean. Very suitable place to run, walk, bike or relax. The reception staff are very friendly and they let me check in earlier.
One of the restaurants staff “Nicholas” was hostile, unfriendly and disrespectful. I made a complaint to the reception. They listened but didn’t make any response. This incident really ruined my nice holiday.

Location excellent for beach - close to airport and short taxi ride to
Palma
Whilst I had coffee machine had to pay for coffee pods, safe charged at €3.50 per day most hotels 4star up the safe in the room is included - most things you’d normally get as standard seemed to have additional charges .
Most staff seemed grumpy but there where a few that did smile and helpful
