WHERE WE ARE
We are in the heart of eco-tourism: hiking, biking, skiing and kayaking, with walking trails nearby.
We are not the destination, unless you are looking for a staycation or a getaway. We are how you reach all of them. We sit at the foot of the Cascades, with Seattle less than an hour out. Snohomish weddings, Woodinville wine, the Cascade Loop, and skiing in either direction, Stevens Pass or Snoqualmie. Local artisan shops, bistros and the historical hubs are two miles down the road.
Six minutes to the Evergreen State Fairgrounds and its outdoor concerts, Evergreen Equestrian and Evergreen Speedway.
Direct access via Hwy 2, Hwy 203 and Hwy 522 to I-5 and I-90 for the Redmond to Everett corridor. Serving Redmond, Woodinville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett, Snohomish, Duvall, Issaquah and Arlington.

Breakfast is the point. It is garden-to-table in season, and out of season we source local organics. Every plate is cooked to your preferences, whether that is decadent, savory, sweet, or a lean and nutrient-dense start. The eggs come from our own free-range chickens, and the meats are pasture-raised, antibiotic- and hormone-free, from local farms.
Every guest gets a harvest basket to gather from the garden and the coop. Eat on the deck, in the garden or at the grand dining table, or have a tray brought to your suite for $25.
CREATED COMFORT SLEEP
The reason guests mention the night before they mention the breakfast. A premium gel-filled memory foam mattress, a four-inch luxury plush topper, an adjustable heated mattress pad, and high-thread-count boutique linens. Soft, medium and firm pillows in every suite, for maximum comfort.
THE PIKE SUITE
The Pike is a light and bright ground-floor suite designed for luxury and full accessibility, ideal for guests with mobility needs. It has hand-crafted real-wood furniture, a seamless layout, peaceful garden views and a spacious walk-in closet.
A stately queen-sized solid-wood spindle bed, with room for a small child or a pup, plus room for a mini-crib. You control your own comfort with an in-room heat tile, a heated mattress pad, and a ceiling fan with a whole-room exhaust.
Accessibility in full. Zero stairs and step-free entry. A large ADA-compliant private restroom with a step-in shower, wall safety rails, non-slip surfaces and a comfort-height toilet. Wide bedroom doors, lower counters, and under-lighting to guide you at night.
A work and sitting area with seating for two, and a flat-screen TV with streaming. Twenty-four-hour access to the upper-level kitchenette.

Cancellation: Strict. Full refund when cancelled at least 60 days before check-in; no refund after that.
Pets: Welcome, $75 per pet, per stay
Extra guests: $25 per person, per night, beyond two
Smoking: Smoke-free and vape-free indoors. Designated outdoor area near the Firepit Oasis.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the sleep wing

Property was in nice condition. Location was a bit remote and GPS did not work so well. Arrived early and host was annoyed but checked us in. No tour of facility nor much interaction from hosts. There are several dogs/cats onsite and a noisy toddler, which should be noted. The inn requires that you remove your shoes when entering, which makes going in/out somewhat inconvenient. I suppose they are trying to reduce tracked in dirt but I found it annoying. Everything seemed to be serve yourself, except for breakfast. Unlike other B & Bs I have stayed at, breakfast was by advanced notice and served 8 - 10. There is a coffee/tea station available (but no cream for coffee?) The room was small but adequate, but there was no closet to hang your clothes, only three hooks on the back of the door. The thermostat was located in the bathroom (not in the room), which was not obvious. The bathrooms were well appointed but they were communal. I probably would have passed on this property if I had known in advance that the bathrooms were communal. You would think that the bathrooms would be cleaned daily (at least), since they are communal, but that did not appear to be the case. Our room had a private entrance from the back patio which allowed us convenient access to our room. However, the patio could be noisy at night, since guests could congregate there and the walls were thin. In fact, the woman next to us left her television on all night, every night, which was annoying.
