Well equiped kitchen everything needed for our one night stay, huge backyard, large 2 main rooms which we used (didn’t need bunks) comfortable beds at that

There was only a quarter of toilet paper spare in bathroom cupboard, we had to go out and get some with having 4 ladies staying the night.

Air conditioning, enclosed backyard was safe for pets, walking distance to beach and lake, local walking trails, close to shops and restaurants

Not much to complain about but outdoor areas are dated, and gardens/lawns over grown. Kitchen serving bowls and a grater, would be useful

Enough room for 4x adults, quiet area, air con and TV's in 3x rooms

A handyman visit would be a good idea to fix front door and kitchen cupboard, and paint bedroom doors

Close to the beach and good location to shops, etc.

Pest issue. The 2nd night we had an onslaught of cockroaches (atleast 20) within an hour of returning home.
