El peor hotel que he visitado.

De inicio te hacen firmar "una responsiva" para no ser responsables de tu seguridad por el hecho de que el hotel esta en un bosque con ríos, cascadas, senderos, etc. No tienen servicio de enfermería o algún seguro, ni Red telefónica en caso de algún accidente y se ubica al menos a 40 minutos de distancia en auto de un lugar habitado para pedir ayuda.
Para que te sientas algo seguro, puedes adquirir una señal de wifi por ciertas horas con costo.
Las camas son super duras e incómodas y las almohadas tampoco ofrecen nada de comodidad.
El cuarto está lleno de insectos, con telarañas en las paredes, en una mesa de madera (el único mueble) vimos cucarachas, las cortinas también muy sucias, por lo que, el entorno nos dio desconfianza respecto de la limpieza de las sábanas y las cobijas, ya que incluso el piso estaba sucio con la idea de darte una experiencia inmersiva con la naturaleza, en resumen, no pudimos descansar nada.
Los baños son letrinas con una fosa séptica que se comparten con todos los huéspedes y personal y huelen horrible, peor que baño público, las regaderas también se comparten y sin agua caliente; las cortinas de tela que separan las regaderas se abren y no tienes nada de privacidad, por lo que te piden ducharte con traje de baño.
Los vestidores que están en frente de la regadera también son incómodos ya que todo está diseñado como comuna.
No puedes usar las toallas en el río, ni en la alberca, es decir, ni eso puedes disfrutar.
Tampoco puedes comer ni beber nada en la habitación y te ofrecen un horario específico para que puedas adquirir algo de la cocina dependiendo de la cantidad de personas que haya en el lugar (al menos 6), a nosotros nos ofrecieron de cena pozole (obvio con costo adicional) y nos sirvieron medio plato y no tenía nada de sabor.
El recinto es una maravilla con relación a la naturaleza, pero la experiencia de ese hotel es paupérrima.
