I liked the fact that the place looked and felt better than the pictures used to advertise the place.

The one toilet seat was a bit lose.

Lovely stay

It was neat and clean and enough space for a family of 4. We loved the patio outside. It's convenient with the braai and swim facilities nearby.

It would have helped to have a braai casserole to put the meat in after a braai😁

Worst Place Ever

The location was good Central to everything

We had an incident in day 2 of our stay,the toilet main water pipe burst and flooded the house this was about 2130pm. I called the agent who was not able to come out due to a hand injury. We had to try and stop the water from damaging the entire property We had to use a container to scoop the water and dispose in the shower drain to save the furniture from being damaged. It was a disaster The agent asked a body corporate to come and assist us. He shut off the main and helped us push the water out and mopped the floors. The owner was nowhere to be found. Was not taking calls nor was she answering her messages. So now we had no water. No towels. I asked for tools from the body corporate assistance and shut of the toilet water supply and we had water to the rest of the unit. We were told by the agent that she will be there first thing in the morning. Agent did not show in the morning because she has issues with the owner not paying her for additional work and now did not want to come to inform us. We found out all this from the body corporate member who is also complaining about the owners attitude. The agent sends me the owner's contact details. Like WTF I tried calling but no answer I sends her a message and no response.Eventually he convinces the agent to come and talk to us. By this time it is already after 12 and we cannot move on with our holiday plans because we do not know what is going on. The agent informed us she is done with the owner and she cannot do anything without owners authorization and now we are left in a limbo not knowing what to do. Duh, We paid in full for this unit and now when there's an issue no help from agent or the owner. The member from the body corporate came and said he will sort out the pipe for us. The owner calls us 2 days later and now she wants to investigate.

It was good but not in the end when we had to wake up so darn early to leave..

The area Uvongo and the braai area ..

The host parked waiting just outside our unit for the keys at 7:10 am , that’s just ridiculous and to be checking out so early like time frame is 8am , that’s bad ..

The view

The unit had a foul smell, and again the bathroom door was making some funny noise. The dishes were too different and the dish clothes were too dirty.
