Everything! A beautiful fully air-conditioned villa with a good-sized swimming pool, located close to Lefkada town (a 6-minute drive or a 32-minute walk to the centre), yet far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. Just 270 meters from the villa (about a 4-minute walk), there is a small grocery store that also sells other items, such as pool inflatables and water shoes—which are essential on Lefkada. Meanwhile, a sandy beach—complete with a bar and stunning sunset views—is only 850 meters away (an 11-minute walk). On the villa grounds, there is even a separate area with a built-in barbecue and a table for several people. The host, Giorgos, was very kind and helpful; he took great care of the pool and the entire property.
Ps: Please be aware that the pool has a uniform depth of 1.6m—there is no gradual slope, which may be important for families with small children or those who are not strong swimmers; however, you can easily use inflatable pool toys or armbands, so it shouldn't be a major issue.
Nothing.
