The apartment has a beautiful design, a good amount of space, and an excellent location. Overall, we liked the style and the location very much.
However, there are several things that need improvement. The biggest issue is the humidity. The apartment constantly feels damp, and there is no real possibility to ventilate it properly. The dehumidifier does not work, and the only way to reduce the humidity is by running the air conditioning.
The pillows are also quite poor and should be replaced. The kitchen could be better equipped: there is no large frying pan and no oven. The frying pan that is provided is in poor condition and the coating is peeling, so it should definitely be replaced.
We also felt that some basic supplies were insufficient. For our four-night stay, only two dishwasher detergent tablets were provided, and the same applies to the liquid dish soap, which was not adequately supplied.
The TV is very small, and there is not enough comfortable seating for four people. There is actually enough space to add another sofa or armchair, which would make the living room much more comfortable.
The apartment looks clean but upon closer inspection you can see dust has collected especially behind the tv and on the lamp. The apartment needs more thorough cleaning, including the throw pillows.
It has a lot of potential thanks to its great design, spaciousness, and excellent location, but some basic maintenance and improvements would make the stay much better.

Netjes, mooie uitstraling, goede locatie.
Fijne bedden. In iedere ruimte een airco. Er is echt aandacht besteed aan de aankleding van het appartement.
Voor vijf personen meerdere dagen verblijven zouden we meer handdoeken verwachten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr fancy über 2 Geschoße mit hohen Fenstern.
Die Sauberkeit war nur auf den ersten Blick gegeben: Couch und Kissen voller Flecken, warme Decke nicht bezogen und mit Blutflecken. Am Boden Krümel, Esstisch voller fettiger Fingertapser und Innentreppe voller Haare. Fliesen im Bad streifig und klebrig.
Es wurden eindeutig nur Wasswbecken und Armaturen gereinigt für einen ersten guten Eindruck gereinigt.
