Spacious central city apartment with secure parking

Very central position with secure parking.
Easy to contact (very helpful, pleasant)host who gave clear instructions through my stay.
The initial impression of the apartment: two bathrooms, great layout, lots of space.
Lots of hot water.
Good heating.
Clean (although later I discovered some of the cooking utensils in the draw were dirty).
Arrival instructions (had to phone host).
Lack of instructions on how to use the equipment eg TV.
A door was propped open with a chair, curtain rail was loose in lounge, broken toilet role holder left on side in bathroom, soap dish coming away from wall in shower room, no oven shelves so had to use large oven tray…..
There are many other maintenance issues mentioned in feedback comments over the past 6 months and as far as I could see, during my stay, they had not been addressed.
