A very comfortable, clean & well located hotel. Staff are all helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable bed, superb blackout blinds, great location for the city centre and tram line 2. Nice spa. We were on our honeymoon and they gave us a bottle of fizz to celebrate. Very helpful staff and a great choice at breakfast.
Electronic lights which made it impossible to turn on lights just to go to the bathroom, the whole suite was lit up! The shower was huge but the waterfall element was quite low and the handheld element caused water to go all over the main bathroom floor.
