Cosy and family duplex on the 1st floor of a former Mers business of 50 m2 redone very recently, close to attractive sites, shops, amenities, swimming pool, esplanade, entertainment in season.
Living room, equipped kitchen, toilet,
2 bedrooms and 1 shower room upstairs.
A few minutes walk from the train station of Le Tréport/Mers les Bains.
A few steps from the beach, shops and market square, cinema, swimming pool and walks on the sea cliffs.
Casino and bowling alley at the entrance to the city.
The accommodation
Upstairs duplex accessed through an entrance airlock shared with our downstairs accommodation.
you open the door on the right and
You access your accommodation via a private staircase, where you will find a semi-open and well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room with balcony, sofa, television, toilet.
On the first floor of the duplex a landing overlooks your 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and a dressing room, a travel cot, etc.
Traveler access
Autonomous access thanks to a key box. You will have two keys, one for the front door to arrive in an airlock where you can leave one or two bicycles or a stroller and a second key to open the door on the right which gives access to the cottage
Other remarks
small precision in the entrance airlock and in the toilets do not look for the switch the light will go out after a few minutes,
Linen is in the wardrobes in each room in case you need it.
please throw the garbage either in front of the town hall a stone's throw from the cottage or on the village square,
