Salento, San Foca, Torre Specchia Ruggeri, white, sandy beaches, just a few kilometers from Lecce and Otranto and only 5 minutes from the Acaya Golf Club—an 18-hole course shaded by centuries-old olive trees and surrounded by manicured lawns—you’ll find brand-new two-room apartments, built entirely of traditional Lecce stone.
Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower.
One apartment also features a bunk bed in the living room, allowing it to accommodate up to six people.
In the other apartments, however, it is possible to add, upon request, a fold-out bed and a travel crib.
Each apartment has a large private garden enclosed by a gate; there is also a common area with a barbecue and laundry facilities, as well as a small vegetable garden that guests can use free of charge.

The beach is 350 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
The beach is mostly sandy, with both public and equipped sections; the water is shallow and slopes gently, and there are attractions for children that are also easily accessible to people with disabilities.
There are also supermarkets, pizzerias, traditional restaurants, and numerous kiosks in the immediate vicinity where you can sample sea urchins and other types of seafood.
An ideal setting for a completely relaxing stay—a peaceful and quiet area, yet also perfect for those looking to have fun at the various venues along the coast.
San Foca is three kilometers away along the coast; just beyond it, you can see the archaeological excavations at Roca Vecchia, also known for the beautiful cove called Poesia. Lecce and Otranto, equidistant from the property, are twenty kilometers away.
In about fifty minutes, you can travel to the Ionian coast and visit Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, or Punta Prosciutto.
