About this house rental
Beautiful detached apartment with a pool in the hills of Imperia, 5 minutes from the beach and the Riviera dei Fiori bike path. Conveniently located near amenities and restaurants.
Private access with outdoor parking, a barbecue, and an outdoor table. The pool is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The space
Charming three-room apartment on the first floor, with an outdoor patio and private garden.
The unit consists of a large kitchen equipped with all amenities (kitchenette with 5-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, microwave), a spacious living room with a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a single bed, a master bedroom, and finally a bathroom with an antechamber and a washing machine.
The house has a private, outdoor parking space on the property.
Wi-Fi and streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) will be available to our guests.
The owners live in the apartment on the upper floor.
Just 5 minutes from the beach, the historic center of Porto Maurizio, and the Riviera dei Fiori bike path.
Nearby amenities: pharmacy, bakery, café, restaurants, and supermarket.
Guest access
Guests have access to the apartment and the outdoor area in front of it, the property entrance, a parking space, and—during designated hours—the pool area.
The property is equipped with a solar panel system, so it is best to use appliances during daylight hours whenever possible.

Friendly hosts that willingly helped us communicating with customer services when our rental car broke down. Without their help it would have been nearly impossible to navigate language-wise.
A bit further from the city centre than anticipated. The roads/google maps appeared messy and more time-consuming than expected.

We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean.
The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa.
We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay. Massimo was on hand with any questions.
It's a really lovely villa, we had an exceptional time during our stay.
