TWO NIGHTS SLEEPING IN OUR CAR, MOLD, COCKROACHES, AND TWO MONTHS OF BEING IGNORED.

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking with Stay Sol. We arrived at LYFE Resort in Hallandale Beach around 1 AM, expecting to enjoy our vacation. Within literally TWO MINUTES of entering apartment 2710, we noticed an overwhelming moldy smell and discovered a cockroach crawling on the bathroom sink. The smell was so strong that we immediately left. We were traveling with our small toy poodle and did not feel it was safe for any of us to stay there. The smell was specific to our apartment. The lobby smelled completely normal, and our family members staying in another apartment in the exact same building had absolutely no issues. We immediately went to the front desk, where we were told to contact Stay Sol. We tried calling approximately 30 TIMES over the following days, and only a couple of our calls were answered. WE SPENT TWO NIGHTS WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY AND HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR WHILE WAITING FOR A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT. Every time we managed to reach someone, we were told the same thing: “The team has been informed,” “We are reviewing your case,” or “We will get back to you shortly.” Nobody actually got back to us with a solution. Nobody offered us alternative accommodation for those first two nights. ONLY ON THE THIRD DAY WERE WE FINALLY GIVEN ANOTHER APARTMENT. We then requested a refund for the first two nights because we had paid for accommodation we could not use. And this is where the experience became even more frustrating. For TWO MONTHS, we have been trying to get an answer regarding that refund. We followed up repeatedly, and every single time we received the same generic responses promising another review or escalation. Three months later, NO REFUND. NO DECISION. NO EXPLANATION. Eventually, we could no longer communicate with them through the Booking.com chat.

The view was nice Having beach close by was real nice Etura was a great restaurant

Bath room had weird smell to it Also mold build up in shower ceiling Having to go through lobby to reach beach side exit No paper towels first two nights only a pair of towels Kitchen was limited with amount of pans 9th floor restaurant food was good first morning after that it was good at all A security guard young skinny white guy with tattoos was rude came up to my wife while we were walking to elevator from beach had a problem that our 1year old wasn’t fully dressed meaning he had a shirt and diapers missing shorts . What was more upsetting was that he was upset when i was trying to tell him he could discuss the matter with me as well. All the fees 600 deposit. 250 deposit on the resort side plus 44 a day for fees. And forced valet parking 118 for 3 nights

Los cargas ocultos después de que reserves como 400$ más que no te ponen la piscina cierra 7:30 muy temprano cucaracha por donde quiera y las sábanas sucias y pregunté si podían cambiar y me las dejaron en el piso frente a la puerta ni me las cambiaron y las sucias en el suelo de la habitación solo futbol el resto de los que no vemos futbol en el área de la piscina no pudimos escuchar música porque los argentinos son los privilegiados
