A little musty smelling and no hot water in the lavender. Shower was great! King bed very comfortable. Cleaning man very friendly & helpful.

The property was very clean and well kept. Management was very nice.
Booking.com promoted the room as a suite with a living room with a separate bedroom and a coffee maker. The property does not have either. The property manager doesn’t know where Booking.com got this information.

Location. I needed a place to stay because I had 2 clients to see the next morning.
No staff was around at check in. Had to call a number and wait 15 minutes for her arrival. Key wouldn't unlock the door and I had chase a staff member down before she left in her car again. Ended up with door being jammed and you really had to push to get it opened. Then found out there was no hot water coming out of sink when I went to shave. And then at check out no staff was around to complain to. Just key drop box outside.
