Gute Lage mitten in Chinatown und fußläufig nahe dem Garibaldi-Bahnhof. Recht gute Ausstattung, viel Platz und zwei moderne Bäder sowie ein weiteres WC.
Für vier bis sechs Personen (bei Nutzung des Umbsu-Sofas im Wohnbereich) eine schöne Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung der Stadt.
Insgesamt besteht wohl ein erheblicher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsstau an den technischen Einrichtungen in der Wohnung:
Die Klimaanlagen waren recht laut und ließen sich - von einer Ausnahme abgesehen - auch nachts nicht ausschalten. Ein Klimagerät war außer Betrieb, bei einem anderen brannte die rote Warnung-Lampe.
Die Warmwasserversorgung war defekt, weil der Durchlauferhitzer immer bis zum Höchstwert aufheizte und dann auf "Fehler" ging., Die vom Vermieter angeboten Abhilfe, dann den "Reset-Knopf" zu drücken, half nicht, der Fehler passiert immer wieder. Es kam auch bei laufendem Erhitzer kein warmes Wasser aus den Zapfstellen.
Der Fehler bestand offenbar schon länger, aber wir bekamen von Vermieter erst am Vorabend unserer Ankunft eine Nachricht, dass es da ein (angeblich lösbares) Problem gäbe.
Da war die Storno-Frist aber abgelaufen.
Wir fanden an vielen Stellen Krümel auf dem Boden und auf Tischen, die wohl von unseren Vorgängern stammen.
POSITIV ist, dass der Vermieter uns - nachdem wir uns wegen des Warmwasserproblems an ihn und an die Kundenbetreuung von Booking.com gewandt hatten - wahlweise einen Preisnachlass oder kostenlose Stornierung anbot.
Wir wählen die zweite Option.
NEGATIV ist, dass Booking.com sich nach einer ersten Nachricht, dass man sich kümmern werde, vier Tage lang nicht bei uns meldete, wie es weitergehen soll, wir waren da längst in ein anderes Quartier umgezogen.
Erst auf nochmalige Zuschrift hin bekamen wir dann die Mitteilung, dass die Buchung kostenfrei storniert wird (der Vermieter hatte bei Booking.com sofort sein OK gegeben, ist also nicht schuldig für diese Verzögerung).
Ebenfalls schlecht ist, dass Booking.com sich sehr viele Tage (7 - 10) Zeit lässt, die Bezahlung zu erstatten.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen veel info over wat er te doen valt, waar we kunnen eten, handige tips en info over parkeren in de buurt. De accommodatie was zeer proper en ruim.

The location was great, just few minutes from china town; the size of apartment and furnishing was very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The host was supportive and understanding. Totally recommend!

Localización: Barrio Chino
Camas: La vivienda cuenta con dos camas de matrimonio y un sofá cama. Sin embargo, el sofá cama se encuentra en una terraza interior cerrada, donde en otoño e invierno hace mucho frío, por lo que no resulta una opción cómoda para dormir en esas épocas. Además, una de las habitaciones no tiene paredes, lo que hace que se escuchen todos los ruidos provenientes de la cocina y el salón.
Limpieza: Al llegar, la persona encargada de la limpieza aún estaba trabajando y, aun así, la casa no quedó limpia. La cocina tenía grasa acumulada y restos de fruta del huésped anterior sobre la encimera y el suelo. Las duchas no estaban limpias y algunas toallas presentaban signos de uso. El lavavajillas también contenía cubiertos sucios.
Mantenimiento: La vivienda no disponía de mantas adicionales, y las colchas eran demasiado finas para una estancia en octubre, cuando ya hace frío. No cuenta con calefacción, y tampoco había toallas extra ni se proporcionaron productos básicos como champú o suficiente papel higiénico. La tostadora no funciona y el horno no tiene bandeja.
Comunicación: Durante la estancia, el propietario tuvo que acudir personalmente porque un grifo estaba roto. Le solicitamos una copia adicional de las llaves, ya que la que nos entregó no abría bien el portal, así como mantas extra, pero ignoró los mensajes y nunca las entregó, a pesar de decir que lo haría. También nos prometió una compensación económica por los inconvenientes, pero hasta la fecha no hemos recibido el reembolso.
