Good Location, poorly/cheaply fixed for Booking stays.

Good Location. Easy to check in and check out. Easy Parking options.

**Communication The host was very hard to coordinate with. Response time was not good and showed not to care about the problems mentioned. **Space -Unfortunately, the pictures are a deceiving and not all accurate. The listing shows and lists a terrace which is not available. 🤔 This part of the building but not the unit and you do not have access to it. Highlighting this in the listing is false information and it gives this property a higher value that it offers. -The bathroom door was out of the track, and it was very hard to open and close, and it was loud so when going in the middle of the night the other person would wake up. The lock/pully was poorly places in the door hole so it would fall every time. -Kettle was broken. **Cleanliness -The apartment itself was very dusty. I took my shoes off and after walking around for a bit, my feet were very dirty! There was only a very small broom available for cleaning. Under the bed, it was full of dust bunnies. -The shower... Spacious, yes but not practical! I cannot understand why people think these open showers are good. They are sooo not practical! The water splashes everywhere and the floor gets soaked. If there was a sliding door or curtain, the problem would be solved. Especially when you only have 1 towel for the floor. The drain was clogged and no plunger available. The host wouldn't drop off a plunger but wanted to send a maintained crew, which as a tourist who is only in town for a few days, I did not have the time to set up appointments for this, so I worked something out and pulled a clump of hair out of there, which made it a bit better. GROSS!!! I even offered to have my boyfriend fix the bathroom door if he dropped off some tools, but nothing.. There was mold in the shower. Close the windows at night because the mosquitos come in. You can see all the blood stains in the walls from previous people.

Disappointing

The area, where its located.

The hygiene of the apartment, and in the summer, there's less ventilation

La ubicación, estábamos en pleno centro. Muy espacioso, Un armario muy amplio.

Una tercera planta con el ascensor fuera de servicio (por lo que he leído en otros comentarios esto viene de hace tiempo). No estaba limpio.
