Vi blev ikke taget alvorligt. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke. Dette blev slået hen af ejer i tlf med et "den virkede sidst". Ejer sendte derefter en brugsnavisning til en anden opvaskemaskine - og det var slet ikke dét der var problemet. Der var ingen strøm på maskinen. Vi var to voksne mennesker der har betjent opvaskemaskiner i årevis, så lad være med at få det til at lyde som om at vi ikke ved hvordan man trykker på "start".
Ved henvendelse til NOVASOL om kontakt med ejeren, skriver NOVASOL blot tilbage at de har talt med ejeren og skriver at: "Husejeren informerer os om, at I under opholdet er blevet instrueret i brugen af opvaskemaskinen - der har ikke tidligere været problemer med denne og al elektronik i boligen er installeret for 2 år siden. " Og så er vi jo tilbage ved nul. Vi blev ikke instrueret. Vi ringede fordi den ikke virkede, der var ikke engang lys i displayet. Den fik ganske enkelt ikke strøm. I telefon blev der sagt følgende fra ejer: "Tryk på start" og "den har altid virket og der er ikke blevet klaget før" - vi har heldigvis lavet to festlige film hvor vi trykker på knapper, som vi har sendt ilt NOVASOL :-D
Og så har jeg ikke engang nævnt at der pludselig stod folk og skulle slå græs på vores sidste aften på terrassen, og er blevet mødt med dette fra NOVASOL: " Husejeren har en fast aftale med en gartner, som kommer med jævne mellemrum". Gartnerne vidste ikke vi var der - og var enige med os i at det ville være forstyrre hvis de slog græs nu. Vi kunne ikke få fat i ejerne, men kontaktede NOVASOL der i telefonen var enige, men åbenbart ikke når det når til klageafdelingen. Så NOVASOL accepterer altså at vi skal lytte til to timers græsslåning på den sidste aften ud af fire, som har kostet over 5.000 kr. Så min opfattelse er at NOVASOL ikke er på lejere, men udlejers side. Det er et problem, når man booker igennem booking.

Ferienwohnung mitten im Grünen mit schlechtem Gastgeber
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön designt und innen mit ein paar Dekoartikeln schön eingerichtet.
- Der Code für das Schlüsselfach war weder auf der Webseite noch in den Dokumenten hinterlegt. Er musste über die Hotline abgefragt werden.
- Die Heizung war auf 8 Grad eingestellt und nicht leistungsstark, sodass es erst am nächsten Abend warm war. Der Stromverbrauch ist nicht im Preis behalten. Die Wohnung musste also von 8 Grad stark aufgeheizt werden, wodurch noch zusätzliche Stromkosten von 70€ entstanden sind.
- Während unserer Anwesenheit wurde der Code vom Schlüsselfach verstellt, ohne uns Bescheid zu geben. Dadurch waren wir bei der Abreise gezwungen den Haustürschlüssel in den Briefkasten zu werfen.
- Die Ferienwohnung bat keine Grundausstattung. Gewürze, Speiseöl, Handtücher, Haarföhn und Bettwäsche wären wünschenswert.
- Laut Webseite sollte es eine Kaffeemaschine geben, die wir nicht finden konnten.
- In der Informationsmappe fehlen Informationen darüber, wo die Zählerstände von Strom und Wasser abgelesen werden können.
- Das Wasserventil in der Klospülung im WC schaltet nicht ab und läuft dann in den Überlauf. Als wir dies erst einen Tag später bemerkten, war uns klar, warum anfangs die Zuleitung vom Klo abgedreht war.
- Bei der Lage ist zu berücksichtigen, dass nur ein langer Schotterweg mit großen Schlaglöchern zum Haus führt. Bei geringer Bodenfreiheit vom Auto riskiert man hier ein aufsetzen.
- Der Kundenservice ist extrem schlecht. Wir haben den Vermieter mehrmals kontaktiert aufgrund verschiedener Themen und keinerlei Antwort erhalten.
