Lovely spacious clean villa

Very disappointed with the way the leak & smell was dismissed by Carlos, overall holiday was ruined

We liked the location as we were walking distance to good supermarkets, small shopping centre area, restaurants and a good market on a Thursday selling food and clothes etc.

The pool was filthy when we arrived & we were unable to use it for 2 days, this happened again on the last day so we were unable to use the pool. A refund was given for the first 2 days without the pool but not the last day, this has been refused. I was advised the washing machine was broken when we arrived, we waited in for the first 2 days for the pool guy to fix the pump & the washing machine to be replaced, the washing machine man didn't arrive but the machine was replaced on the 3rd day. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom and water was pouring through the downstairs bathroom through the light where I was sleeping, I could not sleep that night as I was worried about the electrics as the light was crackling & sparking in the night - videos were sent to Carlos. The bidet pipes were exposed and covered with a cupboard in the downstairs bathroom & upstairs bathroom where the leak was & there was a very horrible sewage smell coming up through the pipes when the shower and toilets were used. I was reluctant to add this review as I do not like to complain & I was hoping the issues would be acknowledged by Carlos but they have not been & until they deal with the issues raised they should not rent this villa out - the leak had clearly happened before as the ceiling was covered in mould & there were large water stains (again photos sent to Carlos) we did not use that bathroom again as I was not happy with my children using it despite being told they had fixed the leak. The smell was so unpleasant so the pipes needed to be blocked off. We were a family of 5 & overall our holiday, despite paying a premium for this villa, was not what we expected & I spent a lot of time having to deal with problems. There has been no acknowledgement from Carlos re the stress & inconvenience we experienced which has been very disappointing.

Wonderful

The villa was beautiful and spacious. Carlos was very helpful. Everything was clean and the air conditioning works well! The pool is great. Private bathrooms for each of the 3 rooms. Great location close to shops like Aldi and Lidl, and a shopping centre.
