I love the comfort of the riad and how easy it was to stay there. The riad is absolutely gorgeous and very authentic. The breakfast truly amazing. The staff were all really fantastic and could not do enough for us. From Youssef, Mohamed to Abdul, they were so friendly.
I would have liked a mattress pad on the bed. That's the only issue.

Youssef and the team made our first visit to Marrakech easy from start to finish. Before we arrived, Youssef answered every message quickly and helped us organise a guided souk walk and a driver for lunch out of town. Our room was ready early on the first day, and they held our bags after we checked out so we could make the most of our last afternoon.
We had the superior suite, which was very, very comfortable, with two bathrooms and even a sauna. Breakfast every day was delicious and more than we could eat. One evening we stayed in for dinner and had a wonderful lamb, prune and apricot tagine, served in the beautifully decorated dining room.
The riad is a very peaceful place, with a comfortable roof terrace to relax on. It’s in a quiet lane in the north-west of the medina, and it’s easy to reach the souks in the centre of the medina and all the other areas from there. Jemaa el-Fna is a walk away, and Jardin Majorelle is a short taxi ride (we walked back afterwards). After busy days in the souks it was a lovely place to come back to.
Above all, the whole team really helped make our stay terrific.
Nothing we’d change. It’s worth knowing that cars can’t reach the door. Taxis and transfers pick up and drop off by the pharmacy on the main road, a short walk away.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Riad Esmeralda and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The hospitality was exceptional, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The riad is beautiful, full of authentic Moroccan charm, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech

Everything!!!
Everything about Esmeralda was perfect.
Communication was spot on. Youssef was very helpful and prompt in replying before we arrived and during our stay. In fact he couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem. The Riad is small and elegantly appointed. The central pool Devine and photographically perfect. the rooms very large and very comfortable. Location was very easy to find just on the edge of the Medina. Breakfast was delish and plenty of it. Thanks to all for our wonderful memories
