About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation with us in the sunny south of South Tyrol—the perfect starting point for hiking in our mountains and for exploring Northern Italy. We offer a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen-living room, suitable for up to 5 people, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with towels provided. The apartment has two balconies—one facing south (living room) and the other facing east (bedroom). For five guests, an extra bed is provided in the bedroom. Additionally, you can use a shaded parking space, a lawn for relaxing, and a cozy lounge area (at no extra charge). Active guests can use the fitness room, play outdoor table tennis, or rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area. There’s a lockable room for your personal bicycle. We’d be happy to deliver fresh rolls to your door in the morning. Our younger guests will feel right at home on the safe playground with a swing and seesaw. In between, they can let off steam in the ball pit in the playroom.
Tourist Card: You’ll receive the Merano Region Tourist Card free of charge. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of facilities and offers in the area at particularly favorable rates.
