About this chalet rental
Located right on the slopes and offering a fantastic view of the Gastein mountains, the bright and welcoming Chalet Franzi awaits you—a place to unwind, take a deep breath, and feel at home.
The chalet can accommodate up to 9 people and is ideal for families or friends.
On the upper floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, a living area with a couch, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
On the lower floor, there are two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Here, too, the toilet is separate.
The beautiful location is particularly impressive: Enjoy the view over Dorfgastein, the Gastein Valley, and the Bernkogel. From the living room window, you can see directly onto the ski slope; the ski lift and the swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. In the summer, our guests enjoy free admission to the Dorfgastein outdoor pool. Numerous hiking trails begin right behind the house—and yet you can easily reach the center of Dorfgastein on foot in about 10 minutes.
Whether it’s a winter vacation right on the slopes or a summer retreat in the mountains—Chalet Franzi uniquely combines tranquility, nature, and a prime location.
Chalet FRANZI:
Our house features 2 apartments. Both have separate entrances. The upper apartment can accommodate up to 5 people in 2 double bedrooms and on an extremely comfortable couch with an extra topper in the living room. The second apartment in our house is located on the first floor and features 2 double bedrooms. Each apartment is approximately 70 m² in size. Both apartments feature a bathroom with a shower and a separate restroom. You can put your cooking skills to the test in the kitchens. A total of up to 9 people can stay in our chalet.
On-site costs: Parking in front of the house. The listed price includes the vehicle tax and the local tax.
