Dangerous

Leaving

This facility is not safe for families or anyone. The experience was so poor and concerns for our safety, we checked out within hours of arriving and booked another property. It took 20 minute for someone to show up in the apartment lobby with a key. The room was basic, smelled of sewage from the restrooms despite being on a high level, the WiFi was not easy to connect - you need to message them and they are slow to respond. The hallways to the rooms were like walking through a vacant condemned building… scary. We booked a Grab car to go to a restaurant, and someone from a very high story of the building dropped two large bags of water trying to hit me and my family. One bag missed me by less than a few CM. The impact was tremendous and clearly dropped from a high floor. At that speed, the impact of hit would exceed 120KPH and potentially fatal. The other bag hit a railing and sprayed my family. It is impossible to know who did this, but regardless with poor experience of the room, we checked out after dinner. We witnesses when we departed at 8pm for a new hotel, over 20+ security guards on the shift change. My goodness, what property needs 20+ guards unless it is a security issue. This place is unsafe. Don’t stay at this property. I am confused by the positive ratings from others, which is a large reason I booked it.

Didn’t expect much for the money paid. However, the condition of the unit came with iy

Aircon in common bedroom not working. Perhaps ran out of gas a while ago. Not sure if other aircons in the apartment worked optimally as it was not.
