I absolutely loved the main room and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed fall evenings watching our shows after a nice sauna. The path to the sauna was well lit and pretty at night. Also, the host was very welcoming and helped us learn the sauna, yet did not disturb us otherwise. It was a peaceful stay that would certainly be great in summer too.
The outdoor kitchen was a bit cold in the fall, but it wasn't too bad.

Miika was er als het nodig was. Gaf een goed gevoel. Ik had bij boeken alleen niet in de gaten dat de sauna op een waanzinnig moge plek ligt, maar het huisje dan weer net niet.

A well-equipped wooden cottage near the lake. Very kind owner, who helps out with getting the rowing boat off the water, heats the sauna etc. Exceptionally helpful without being intrusive.
It is a small place, with the tolet in a separate wooden building. This is actually an authentic 'mökki exprrience'.
