Schön gelegen, jedoch mangelt es sehr an Sauberkeit!
Das Haus liegt sehr schön gelegen, etwas erhöht auf einem kleinen Hügel, mit Sicht auf den Fjord.
Man kann am Haus parken, allerdings unten an der Garage. Es sieht so aus, als wären Rasensteine den Hügel rauf verlegt, aber da es regnerisch war und der Rasen sehr nass, habe ich mich nicht getraut dort hinauf zu fahren.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Schlüsselkasten direkt am Haus und der Code für diesen wurde mir 2 Tage vorher in der booking App und via SMS zugeschickt.
Das Haus hat über eine gute Ausstattung verfügt, es war alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden, was man braucht.
Am schlimmsten war die mangelnde Sauberkeit!
Spinnenweben an der Decke und in sehr vielen Ecken, kann man vielleicht noch nachvollziehen.
Allerdings frage ich mich, wenn Spinnenweben am Duschkopf sind, wann dort das letzte Mal geputzt wurde.
Der Fußboden war voller Krümmel, Dreck und in den Ecken Wollmäuse oder haarige Büschel. Unter der Couch lag noch ein NicNak von vorherigen Mietern. Im Kühlschrank lagen auf zwei Ablageflächen auch Haare. Die Spülmaschine war voller Schaum und vor der Küchenzeile eine Pfütze. Im großen und Ganzen wirkte es so, als wäre das Haus lange nicht vermietet gewesen und als die Buchung kam ist einer kurz gucken gefahren, ob alles ok ist und die Spülmaschine angeschmissen wurde, weil es darin stinkt. Die Oberflächen waren immerhin staubfrei.
Die Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen - aber das ist vielleicht nur meine Meinung.
Es führen von der Garage zur Haustür Treppen hinauf, bei der einige Steine locker waren und man sehr aufpassen musste, wo man hintritt. Aber man kann auch den Hügel hinaufgehen.
Es funktionierten leider nicht alle Lampen oder wir waren unfähig die richtigen Lichtschalter zu finden.
Beheizt wird das Haus mit mobilen Elektroheizungen, die leider alle aus waren. Dadurch war es sehr kalt, als wir gegen Abend angekommen sind. Im Oktober wäre es vielleicht sinnvoll die Heizung schon ein wenig laufen zu lassen.
Was ich jedoch noch positiv erwähnen möchte, dass der Kontakt mit Novasol sehr freundlich war und auf unser erstes Feedback, bezüglich der mangelnden Sauberkeit, schnell und mit guten Lösungsmöglichkeiten geantwortet wurde.
