The porter met us at the door and assisted us with our luaggage and escorted us to the reception.
We were greeted at the reception and checked in very quickly.
our request were provided ....rooms on the same floor and a walkin shower
great location a short walk to the Souq
loved the room service......A lot of hotels nowadays dont offer this service
was a good choice for a short break
The penthouse bar and resturant was dated and food was just okay .
we stayed in rooms 418 and 419 and the view was not great and we had bars on the windows , we were concerned if there was a fire
it also made the room feed like a prison cell .

The property was excellent. Shakira was extremely helpful.
The walk from the metro station was a bit longer than anticipated
