Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Management

The location is convenient as the property is directly connected to the MRT station. The bedrooms are acceptable in size.

Unfortunately, our stay at this homestay was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor even before arrival. Several days earlier, I asked about parking and key collection, but the replies were vague and unhelpful. The deposit requirement was also never mentioned during booking. We were only asked to transfer the deposit on the morning of check-in at 6:43am (26/12/2025), which was very stressful and unprofessional. Despite informing them of our estimated arrival time, there was no proper standby or preparation. When we arrived, neither the host nor the staff responded to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. I have chat records showing that I called multiple times between 4:17pm and 4:28pm, all unanswered. Essential check-in information was only sent later, leaving our group of 10 people waiting outside without assistance and feeling extremely uneasy about the legitimacy of the booking. Inside the unit, although the three bedrooms were acceptable, the bathroom floor was still wet, indicating the unit was not properly prepared. Only 5 towels were provided for 10 guests, forcing us to share. The main door lock was faulty and extremely difficult to lock and unlock, making us feel unsafe. While the location is convenient (right above an MRT station), there are no nearby convenience stores. The nearest shops are under the apartment building across the road, which is inconvenient for larger groups. Considering the price, the overall service and condition were far below expectations. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this homestay unless major improvements are made in communication, preparation, and basic facilities.

Bad

Not at all

Staff very rude. Not reply chat when ask about wifi connection on tv. Check in time on booking site was 11am to 12pm but staff chat me to check out before 11am, otherwise will charge us?? suddenly change the rules?? When argue, staff rudely saying we need to checkout 12pm sharp. Facilities also bad, dont have many cooking tools & tv are not functioning. Ask nicely about how to setup the tv, but staff want me to use our internet instead?? what kind of service? Overall, service is bad & not recommended at all.
