The size the location from train station on arrival from Dublin it was clean facilities and special touches milk eggs etc left for you plenty utensils in working kitchen oven microwave kettle showers great pressure in bathroom great when shower works however walk in shower pressure not so good plenty of towels beds comfy clean brilliant

The location to town hilly for my older mum and friend has heart condition size of the tv (I’m spoilt) and tv in bedroom be good and an air fryer be good addition to a great equipped already flat .

I am respectfully requesting a full refund from Booking.com.

The breakfast consisted of two loaves of bread, tubs of used butter plus some pads of butter. There was a used jar of jam and a used jar of Sweet Chili Sauce in the refrigerator. We appreciated the milk. I honestly can't remember what else was made available, we went to the grocery store and purchased food. The washer/dryer was appreciated. Once we located the apartment, we were allowed to drop off our luggage before check in time which was appreciated.

I was so excited to end our Ireland vacation in a cozy apartment instead of a hotel. All reviews I read were so positive and welcoming. Our experience was quite different. While the Town Centre Apartment has home like amenities, it is quite stark. We did not receive an essential information packet as expected before our arrival so we had no postal code or identifying marks to locate the apartment. Our driver dropped us off at the wrong location as he also could not find it with what little information I had. I could not reach anyone by telephone so we began asking people passing by to help us. We were fortunate to find a lady cleaning another apartment and she helped us and made phone calls. Nowhere in the booking.com listing did it show or indicate there were stairs up to the apartment, you must tell your guests there are stairs. There is a manhole cover on the very busy Altamont Street that is split in two so for four days and three nights we listened to the "clank-clank" of cars running over the cover so sleep was disrupted. The photos on booking.com are confusing, I believed the Town Centre Apartment was located near the directional sign posted and I thought what a charming area. The photo is actually the Westport Town Centre, not in the neighborhood where the apartment is located. We very much enjoyed being in Westport when Mayo won the All-Ireland SFC final, but Westport was quite busy or we would have moved from the apartment. I have tried numerous times to reach booking.com before posting this review but have been unsuccessful in reaching a customer service representative.
