Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended

The cleanliness level of the chalet was very poor, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet even the basic expectations. The chalet owner asked me to cancel the reservation through Booking.com and not leave any review about the property, which I found inappropriate and contrary to the purpose of Booking.com’s review system. The beach is mostly covered with rocks, and access is prohibited after 6:00 PM until the early morning hours by the management of Durrah Al Arous. Guests should be clearly informed about this restriction before making and paying for the reservation. There were almost no basic amenities provided: * No tissues * No towels * No proper supplies or essential items The refrigerator and freezer contained insects, which was extremely unhygienic. The swimming pool was not clean, and the barbecue grill was rusty and unusable. The outdoor area was also dirty and contained leftover waste and debris. There were also a large number of cats around the property. Overall, the chalet requires significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, basic amenities, and transparency with guests. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

Perfect for a relaxed getaway.

First things first... Amazing barbecue grill!!!! Very nice quiet beach only shared between around 10 apartments. Loved this place. The grounds keeper was very helpful too and helped us whenever we needed him.

I just wished all information was explained to me about the property before arrival in one go. getting the lease agreement, car registration information all sorted out as soon as possible.
