Location is near to jetty. All basic facilities are ok in the room.
Do not expect too much but all are good for a simple stay.

The location is ideal for both the ferry and the bus station. The rooms are very basic but clean and functional, with air conditioning. The staff are friendly.

Location is great if you want to take the ferry to Langkawi - other than that nothing exceptional about the property. Friendly front office staff who helped me book the ferries.
Not many facilities, motel like property with only shower gel provided (no hand soap or shampoo). Towels were just ok, I recommend you carry your own.
