The stunning view from the restaurant's terrace, the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff made up for all the rest! ;-)
The staff was extremely friendly but the organisation of the whole establishment was not very clear. There is a "Bob Marley Restaurant" where people seem to know about Kayan guesthouse and can even let you in, but without apparently really being in charge... The room was clean but the plumbing did not seem too reliable and the shower is right above the toilet. There was nobody around at 8:00 when I considered having breakfast, so I left and had breakfast elsewhere. However, the stunning view from the restaurant's terrace, the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff made up for it! ;-)
