This place is beautiful. The energy, the location, the decor, all of it. It was very comfortable, welcoming, and also practical for our needs. We loved sitting on the little balcony with a beverage and people watching. The beds were very comfortable.
Having a parking spot in the garage was extremely helpful, knowing we didn't have to worry about finding parking in Manitou. The washing machine and dryer were also helpful since we were on a longer trip.
Only one issue - the tile floor in the living room was so dirty! Everything else was very clean so this was frustrating. We're bare feet people but had to wear shoes inside. It just needed a good scrub.
We had to bring garbage and recycling out and it's a bit tough to access from the unit. The easiest is to walk out through the parking garage and back up through the car ramp. Just a bit awkward.
Overall, the issues were minor - we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Location, comfort, beautiful condo, large kitchen, great balcony above street to watch all the activity, view of mountains, comfortable bed, great private parking, and a washer /dryer, fireplace, great a/c
The shower head was too high for me to reach, no grab bar in shower, the three containers for shampoo, etc in shower not labeled
